The frustration of getting so close but once again you find yourself at the bottom, and the cycle repeats. Together, we can get that boulder over the mountain. 

Counseling can be beneficial to individuals, couples, families, and groups who are looking to work on their mental health, learn how to navigate relationships in all forms, strengthen their emotional connections, and so much more. Though traditionally therapy has been held in-person, my practice is entire online, where sessions are held from the safety of your own home. This helps with commute, scheduling, and overall functioning.
